STELLAgardens
2012 Marks a new venture within HARVESTdesign. We are developing a 'no-spray' CSA farm that is developed from a retired agricultural feild. We are hoping to reclaim the land back into productive farmland and to experiment with a variety of makert garden products.
Edible and non-edible cut flowers are on the list of products that will be produced by STELLAgarden this year. You can find our products this summer at Hennigar's Market and Blomidon Nurseries!

Schoolyard Garden in Berwick... A Success!
Berwick and District School, partnering with E.G.G.S. (Edible Garden Group Society) have implemented the proposed food garden in the courtyard of the school grounds.
Complete with compost bins for cafeteria and garden organics. Two wooden arbors will be constructed soon, and we are currently working on a proposal to implement a root cellar on site for storing food year round.
Thank you to the volunteers and organizations involved, it wouldn't have been possible without all the help from the Berwick community and surrounding areas.
We hope that in time the garden will grow into an important learning tool as well as an important food source for the students attending Berwick and District School.
